A Morning with the Stoops Boys!!!!

Well, Jack is on the move - not really crawling yet - but he can get where he wants to go and pretty quickly at that. Here are some moment by moment shots from this morning...

It all began with Carson getting "all up in Jack's grill".
And staying there just a little too long...
So when Carson went off to play with his trains Jack decided to move it.

"Got it!!!" - Jack
Oooohh, here we go...Jack is moving into very dangerous territory - nobody touches Carson's trains unless instructed to do so...(if you notice he's already dumped over the train cars hauling matchbox cars!)

Believe me Carson got a long lecture (patiently and nicely said, since this is the first time it's happened) after this picture was taken about how to handle this situation better because Jack is only going to be moving more and more and getting into more and more things. And that the reason he wants to get his things is because he thinks he's "so cool" and that his toys are "so fun". And that as the big brother he has to teach Jack how to play trains. I have a feeling that it won't be the last time this lecture will be given, but if the pushing over continues Carson will be spending lots of time up in the hall (the time out spot) or getting spanks (yes, we spank, only when necessary!). Carson seems to respond well to being explained things and why we do and do not do certain things, so we'll see what happens. He loves Jack so much that I think and hope he'll really want him to play and just be patient until Jack learns the proper way to play!!
