Jack-o-lanterns!!!

Carson enjoyed drawing on the face!!!
This is the face Carson made when he started to "dig out the goo" from our pumpkin...about 2 seconds later he had the dry heaves and was done helping with the pumpkins...
I found these super cute jack-o-lantern slice and bake cookies at Aldi - they are delicious and Carson thought they were pretty cool!!!!
Enjoying the yummy jack-o-lantern!!!!
I made cinnamon 'n salt toasted pumpkin seeds!!! They were pretty yummy and different then the normal pumpkin seeds.
Carson and Katie's "silly" jack-o-lantern and Regan's Jayhawk jack-o-lantern!!
All lit up...

Jack really was around and is part of the family, but not really much help in the jack-o-lantern making area...he did manage to pull the newspapers off the table once, so we put him in his high chair and gave him a little pumpkin to play with, but he was not too excited about that...as you can see...once Carson had his episode of heaving they both just went in the living room and played together. Regan and I had a fun time carving pumpkins all alone, just like the olden days!!!!
